Living room furniture, depending on what kind of living room you have, can vary greatly in quality and durability.
Some have living rooms that are truly only sitting rooms, where guests are allowed to venture in and take a look around at the decorations and rest themselves on the nicer pieces in this room. Within the living room that gets more traffic, the TV can be found, along with video gaming systems and comfortable yet durable couches and chairs, and possibly other things that would not normally be allowed in a sitting room or nicer living room.
For people with two rooms available to setup this kind of furniture arrangement, it can provide a nice way to keep one the rooms constantly clean by not having anyone in it other than special guests and visitors. All of the other playtime and general living will be done in the second living room.
